Family Support Worker - Basildon

I have a role in Basildon for a Family Support Worker. You will be working within the Children and Young people's service.

Previous experience of working with Children and their families is essential. You will become apart of a dynamic and friendly team within family support.

Working within a local authority in Basildon the role operates Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm, however does offer flexibility should you require.

Your key responsibilities will include to undertake assessments of the particular needs of families with children of 0-5 years and develop proposals for work, to respond to any allegations of child abuse by following policies and procedures laid down by Basildon Early years and Childcare Service, to Provide information for parents about the Children's Centres services and a range of other services and signpost as appropriate and to maintain accurate and up to date records and prepare reports as required.
