Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP)

Our client requires an Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) to work in an Older Persons Mental Health Team based in the Wiltshire area.
Experience working with Older Persons with Functional problems or Dementia would be a benefit however experience working with Adults with Mental Health issues is also being considered.
The post is open to those who are experienced AMHP's or those who have recently obtained there Approved Social Worker status.
The role will involve conducting Mental Health Act assessments, working on community treatment orders and managing a small caseload of clients, reviewing care plans and liaising with other services to provide appropriate level of treatment.
