Children's Centre Family Support Worker

I currently have a desirable vacancy available in your area for a Contact Supervisor / Family Support Worker operating within a Children and Families Centre.
The role itself is to provide an outreach and signposting service to all families with pre-school children in the Children Centre area and a family support service to families in need of such provision.
To enable parents, carers and their children to access a range of services which will enhance and improve the quality of life for those families and ensure the best start in life for their children.
To develop group activities, as needed, for parents / carers and children aged 0 - 5years.
