You will have previous staff management experience and be able to lead and develop your team, offering training and support and leading by example. A good understanding of employment procedures would be advantageous.

Ideally you should also have nursing home experience and understand the day to day operation.

On top of your technical skills and experience you will need fluent written and spoken English skills, a real flair for teamwork, a positive attitude to change and a commitment to personal and professional development.
