Clinical Nurse Manager Specialist III - Radiology/Interventional Radiology

The Clinical Nurse Manager takes exceptional care of people by monitoring, validating, and evaluating nursing staff and patient care for a specific unit. The Clinical Nurse Manager has financial accountability and is responsible for the unit on a 24-hour basis, including appropriately staffing of the unit. The Clinical Nurse Manager will build teams that collaborate with others, manage conflict and/or change toward productive outcomes, and has accountability for overseeing departmental quality improvement processes.
Qualifications

- Current RN Licensure or Temporary Permit in Missouri or Illinois (as determined by the location of the position)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business, and/or Arts and Sciences
- Supervisory experience - 2 years or more
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or ability to obtain prior to direct patient contact
- Hospital/Bedside RN experience - 2 years or more
- Basic Computer/Keyboarding Skills
- Must be able to lift/carry 30 lb independently
- Must be able to sit, stand, and/or move about for 75% of a shift
Invasive procedures experience required Radiology experience preferred
