Clinical Supervisor - Sexual Health Clinic

Our client provide sexual and reproductive health services to patients internationally. Due to rapid expansion they are now looking for a Clinical Supervisor at their South London centre.

You will be responsible for leading, setting and maintaining the highest possible standards for the entire team, including nurses, HCAs, surgeons and anaesthetists. This exciting opportunity involves being responsible for service improvements and management of change in the aim to continuously improve the quality of service as well as liaison with the Care Quality Commission. As a key member of the Nursing team this role requires clinical excellence, an open mind to change, a dynamic hands-on approach and outstanding strong team leadership skills. You will work closely with the Senior Management team and will deputise for the Clinical Lead in their absence.

You must be a dynamic and proactive self-starter with demonstrable strong interpersonal, time management and organisational skills. You will also need to be an assertive, diplomatic, reassuring, flexible team player who is enthusiastic, committed to client-centred care together with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Outstanding clinical skills are clearly also a must and theatre experience would be advantageous. You must be pro-choice on abortion.
