Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistan FT. To provide health care to patients local physician's office. Some extended hours +amp; weekend shifts may be required. Requires Nursing school graduate with active CO License and graduate of Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant Program; BLS +amp; ACLS Certifications. Prefer 1 year of clinexperience. National certificatipreferred

Occupational Therapist - PRN. Requires graduate from Occupational Therapy program. Colorado Registration; NBCOT certification; CPR; +amp; BLS.

Physical Therapis PRN. Requires graduate from Physical Therapy Program. Current CO PT License; CPR; +amp; BLS.

Staff Pharmacist - PRN. Assists the Director planning, organizing and directing the provisiof pharmacy services for inpatients of the hospital. Interprets medicatiorders, compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceutical preparations accordance with the legal, ethical and professional standards of pharmacy practice. Supervises the technical support staff. Assists with clinical, quality management and educatiprograms. Requires graduate of a College of Pharmacy with a B.S. or Pharmacy Degree and current Colorado Pharmacist license. One year previous experience a hospital pharmacy preferred.
