Licensed in the State of Georgia. Current CPR certification. Other certifications may be required based on specific unit guidelines. General adult health nursing experience preferred. Successful completion of phlebotomy training or phlebotomy experience preferred. Additional competencies may be required based on specific unit guidelines (ex: ACLS or Action Stat).ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Provides direct patient care.2. Develops plan of care with RN/health care team.3. Documents care.4. Collects data.5. Evaluates patient's progress and reports significant findings6. Serves as a member of the health care team.7. Appropriately evaluates the developmental age of the patient when performing assessments, treatments and providing education for clients of various age groups.8. Performs nursing practice in accordance with Professional Practice Model for Piedmont Medical Center.9. Maintains professional development.10.
