Licensed Practical Nurse

LPN needed on a full time basis for our Albany Family Practice office. Hours will be MWF 9am-5:30pm and T/Th 11:30am-8pm.

Duties include direct patient care activities and assisting physicians in direct patient care functions. Other duties include scheduling patients, phone triage and patient education.

Must be a graduate from an approved school of nursing. NYS license. Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital, nursing home or active physician practice. Practice is currently using Electronic Medical Records.
