Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with us at our Vernon Hills community.​ The position is full time and available immediately.​ Job responsibilities include monitoring the health of our residents, maintaining resident medical records, coordinating outside medical support services, and working with families to provide a supportive and best care environment.​ We are a family owned and operated assisted living facility.​ We care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.​ We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and capable nurse to work with our company.​ We would like a very hands on personality, that takes ownership of his/​her work, and is a self starter.​

Job Requirements:

· Experience working with Geriatrics preferred

· Illinois licensed

· Knowledgeable with Dementia residents a plus

· Some weekend work required

· Minimal travel within Chicagoland required

· Excellent initiative, leadership, team player
