This position will coordinate RAI process assuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the MDS, RAPS, and Interdisciplinary Care Plan. This position conducts the nursing process – Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation – under the state’s Nurse Practice Act for Registered Nurse Licensure.
