Hire, train, supervise and develop Resident Services Supervisors and Resident Caregivers. Delegate tasks and monitor service delivery for Resident Services Supervisors and Resident Caregiver staff. Order and maintain inventory of health-related supplies, equipment and supplemental services for residents.
