Location is ideal for a nurse who lives in Grays, Dartford or the Essex area.

My client is a private Elderly Nursing Service with a reputation for outstanding levels of care and treatment. I am working on their behalf to recruit an experienced Nurse Team Leader to join the already successful management team.

You will need:-

- To be RMN or RGN qualified.

- Must have operated within a managerial or or supervisory context in a nursing home setting and be familiar with the challenges involved in working in elderly mental health services.

- A detailed knowledge of the statutory requirements associated with Mental Health Care is essential. It may be beneficial also be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the key business activities associated with running a Nursing home.

- It is essential to be competent with writing and implementing care plans for resident and equally as adept with assessment of nursing staff.

In return for your hard work you will be rewarded with a very competitive salary of £27,000 - £28,000 Healthcare, insurance and pension, in all a fantastic package.
