The RN is responsible for maintaining the standards of practice; complying with established policy and procedure; coordinating patient care activities; managing supplies and equipment; and promoting collaboration with medical and other staff. The RN will participate in supporting the facility's mission statement, achieving customer satisfaction, and identifying system problems as opportunities for improvement. The RN recognizes that each patient is an individual to be treated with dignity and respect and is also committed to being responsive to needs of the patient's family. Adherence to hospital behavioral standards is a priority focus. Able to maintain flexibility when caring for multi-different patient types, i.e. Radiology, Emergency, ICU, Medical Surgical, PACU, etc.Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredit school of nursing, current Georgia licensure as a Registered Nurse, current certification in BCLS. Two years recent clinical experience in area of specialty or similar.Registered Nurse with current GA license- minimum 2 years experience in Critical Care or PACU preferred; Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required. Must be flexible with days and hours as well as cross-training between OPS, Pre-op, PACU, and second stage recovery.
