Experienced RGN's/Nurses are required at a new home in Hatfield.

The care home offers long-term and short-term nursing for elderly patients - including dementia care placements - in a comfortable, caring and relaxed environment with high quality specialist support based on each person's specific needs.

You will be asked to prepare, agree, deliver and monitor residents' care plans, complete quality and risk assessments and oversee contacts with residents' relatives and friends. You'll also support, appraise and develop care staff, carry out effective supervision and training, identify any performance issues, adhere to clinical practice standards and monitor staff compliance procedures.

On top of your technical skills and experience you will need fluent written and spoken English skills, a real flair for teamwork, a positive attitude to change and a commitment to personal and professional development.
