Job Responsibilities: Responsible for addressing significant patient issues throughout the house and communicating with relevant leaders Accountable for addressing staffing needs and making modifications, if necessary, to ensure equitable staffing arrangements throughout the hospital. Manages the patient experience trans-organizationally to optimize all resources to ensure a safe and efficient environment. Other duties as assigned.Education: BSN from an accredited school of professional nursing.Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in an acute care setting. One year of management experience preferredLicensure/Certification/Registration: Current state licensure as an RN. ACLS certification.Physical Requirements: Frequent walking, standing, sitting. Manual dexterity, corrected vision, hand and eye coordination. Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
