Radiology Nurse (TMC Location:)-1680520Description:General SummaryThe SLEH Radiology / SWAT nurse is a licensed professional responsible for the delivery of excellence in patient care through assessing formulating nursing diagnoses and establishing goals planning and implementing intervention and evaluating patient care outcomes. The nurse will be a patient advocate ensuring privacy confidentiality and dignity. The Radiology / SWAT Nurse will rotate through the general diagnostic and interventional areas including Angiography Ultrasound MRI CT O'Quinn Medical Towers (SLMT) and critical care areas that require a nurse to transport patients between other departments. The Radiology / SWAT nurse will be on call for emergency procedures 24 hours a day within the Radiology Department. With the staff nurse's professional practice he / she is responsible for participating in and maintaining quality assurance and guest relations standards.QualificationsBSN preferred.
