Registered General Nurse (RGN) required for a full time role at a 3 star rated Surrey Nursing Home.

Working on a full time basis you will be responsible for all clinical duties within the home which will include administration and audit of medication, allocation of duties, writing and assessing care plans and undertaking risk assessments.
