Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath LabLocation: Newark, DEGeneral Description: Christiana Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time position available in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years acute care experience in medical surgical, critical care or stepdown setting. Previous experience in cardiac critical care or stepdown is highly preferred.The Cardiac Cath Lab is a progressive, fast paced procedural area, performing more than 3,000 diagnostic studies and 1,500 interventional procedures each year.The RN will have the opportunity to Circulate, Scrub and perform hemodynamic monitoring for procedures such as Coronary and Peripheral Angioplasty, Stent implantation, Rotational Atherectomy, Laser, Thrombectomy and Brachytherapy.Qualified candidates should be highly motivated and energetic, with a minimum of 2 years med/surg experience or 1 Year stepdown/critical care experience.
