CPR certification or eligibility to obtain CPR certification prior to employment. Requires 1 year ICU/PCU RN experience within the last 5 years. ACLS and PALS certification required. Internal applicants are required to submit their 3 most recent performance appraisals. ***Please note: RNs hired on or after September 1, 2010, will be required to complete a baccalaureate degree in nursing from a NLN or CCNE accredited program within six years of their hire date.Other Qualifications: Strong evidence of critical thinking and prioritization skills.License or Certification: Current RN license to practice in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain this licensure prior to employment.Exemption Status: Non-ExemptHours/Pay Period: 64-80Schedule Details: Will consider 64 to 80 hours per two week pay period; Monday-Friday; Day/Evening, 8-hour shifts, variable start timesWeekend Schedule: 1 weekend every 10 monthsCompensation Detail: Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
