Senior Nurse/ Clinical Lead - Sexual Health

Our client is the UK's largest independent provider of reproductive healthcare services to over 130,000 men and women each year. Their small yet busy Central London centre offers pregnancy advice, day care termination of pregnancy, health screening and vasectomy and now has a vacancy for a Clinical Lead.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will take day to day responsibility for clinical activity; take an active role in developing the clinical team; monitor and improve service delivery, to ensure efficient and effective systems are implemented and maintained. In conjunction with the Centre Manager, you will develop services in line with corporate and centre objectives and you will deputise for the Centre Manager in their absence. You will also provide some hands on care to maintain clinical practice and effectiveness. Experience in family planning and/or service development would be an advantage.

You must be IT literate, flexible and reliable, a motivated, pro-active team player who is enthusiastic, and committed to providing a professional service in what can be a hectic and busy environment. You must be pro-choice on abortion and be able to provide non judgmental care to patients.
