Experience in perioperative nursing or successful completion of an approved perioperative training course preferred. Thorough knowledge of principles of asepsis and current techniques in perioperative nursing preferred. Able to work in a stressful environment. Able to respond appropriately to emergencies and/or difficult situations. Willingness to participate in a call rotation and work irregular hours as necessary.
