Theatre Manager - ODP/ Senior Theatre Practitioner

Our client are a leading Independent Hospital who are currently seeking to attract a talented Senior Theatre Nurse or ODP with previous experience of managing a theatre, to join the hospital based just outside of Dartford, Kent (20 minute drive from Maidstone).

The hospital has 35 beds, two theatres and a high dependency unit. These facilities combined with the latest in technology and on-site support services, enable consultants to undertake a wide range of procedures from routine investigations to complex surgery.

Your role will include full responsibility for the day to day running of the theatre and managing and developing a professional Theatre Nursing Team to provide very high standards of patient care.

An excellent remuneration package up to £45,000 is on offer plus benefits to the successful candidate based on experience with a fantastic benefits package.

Requirements:
Registered Nurse or ODP
Theatre nursing experience at a senior level.
Senior Leadership and Management Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
