My clients are looking for several residential childcare workers across several sites throughout Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Berkshire for their 4-5 bedded residential homes for teenagers with EBD (emotional and behavioural difficulties). This exciting new development is looking for candidates who excel working in teams, are diligent and can work well in stressful situations. Day to day duties within this role will include monitoring clients, organising activities and providing the structured support needed for clients within the services. Being a driver is essential to this role as it may involve travelling to other residential homes where necessary.
